It’s here.
D&D Beyond announced earlier this month that it has been in the process of creating a brand new app that consolidates their previous two offerings of toolsets, character sheets, virtual dice rollers, and more.

“The combination of our toolset with the power to reference your D&D content makes it the perfect mobile solution for every D&D player — whether you’re completely new, a veteran campaigner, or a Dungeon Master,” an April 6 post from the company states.
“With features ranging from the guided character creator, to spell management, to the ability to easily search and bookmark your books on or offline, the app truly places the D&D Toolset in the palm of your hand.”
The company announced in a tweet on April 20 that the consolidated app was now ready for download on iOS and Android.

Those who already have the Player App will simply need to update it to access the new functionality.
The new app includes mobile character creation, online and offline character sheets, rollable digital dice sets, as well as health, ability, and inventory management.
Dungeon Masters will be able to use the app to access adventures and sourcebooks, spells, feats, monsters, and other D&D content — even when offline thanks to the new bookmark feature.
Those who still have the reader app will be able to use it, but it will not be maintained or available to install, a follow-up tweet from D&D Beyond states.
“It may not remain functional in the future as software and hardware updates occur for iOS and Android.”
