Hey all everybody!

Just wanted to write up another one of these dispatches to say thank you for checking out the site in the two weeks it’s been since launch.

I’ve been amazed to see the responses coming in from readers all over the world, and your words of encouragement have meant a lot to me.

As I previously mentioned in the first Official Dispatch, I started working on this site shortly after leaving my job in digital journalism at the end of 2020. I didn’t exactly want to jump straight into another 9 to 5, and saw that one of my favorite hobbies, D&D, had been slowly but surely growing in popularity since the release of 5th Edition.

And, well, here we are now.

While we are just getting the site off the ground and ironing out a few kinks in the backend, the kind words and shares and views that the site has received since we launched in late January has made it clear that this little project of mine is worth doing, and worth doing well.

I have every intention to keep at the work for you fine folks with new articles every damn day, so be sure to like, share, subscribe, bookmark, follow, tell your friends, shout it from the rooftops, get “D&D Dispatch” tattooed on your forehead for all to see — you get the idea.

I’ve got a feeling that this is just the start of much bigger things, here.
