This campground will pay you to DM for a weekend D&D retreat

Talk about a dream job.

Sage Mountain Camping in Berger, Missouri is looking for some Dungeon Masters to run campaigns for their weekend Dungeons and Dragons retreats.

They posted to the DnDBeyond forum last Thursday in the hopes of finding a few DMs that can lead their outdoor gaming conventions and take adventurers through a sprint campaign over the course of three to four days.

“I am putting together 4, possibly more, mini D&D convention outdoor camping weekends. These would be in person sessions, small groups outdoors to meet social distancing requirements,” the post states.

“I am in the process of interviewing DM’s to run adventures. DM’s would be paid. Optional early arrival and setup starts on Wednesday, official gaming starts Thursday evening and can run as late as DM’s want on Sunday, with official checkout on Monday morning for the hardcore gamers. Weekends are currently set for one each month June- September. Gaming tents for protection from the elements will be provided in case of wind and rain.”

Those who are interested in the job are asked to email Art at sagemountaincamping@gmail.com.

The Sage Mountain Camping Facebook page can be found here, and features some photos of the gaming cave and surrounding area.

So… who’s ready to go pro?
